I am looking for introductory to intermediate references to 

	Programming with Continuations in LISP


I have:
	Char87	Artificial Intelligence Programming
		E. Charniak, C. K. Riesbeck, J.R. McDermott
		Lawrence Erlbaum Associates, 2nd ed., 1987, 533 pp.

but that's not "good enough", as in too much usage and too few explanations.
