Goddamn revisionist punks make me sick! And quit dropping names you part-time poseur, I bet you use your mother's hairspray when you go out. Tex's Horsehead wouldn't be the first wanker to rag on Jello. If you caught the recent Thrasher issue with the Flipper interview one of those guys called Jello an ex-hippie. I can't substantiate this but I do know that Holiday in Cambodia is one of my all-time fav's. I just purchased a special half-speed-mastered Italian import of Fresh Fruit, best album fer sure! If anybody caught the net.movies on REPO MAN, it has a very respectable soundtrack. Called REPO MAN SOUNDTRACK. One REPO tune was very intense, lyrically and spiritually. I also picked up a Suicidal Tendencies album, and low and behold, the excellent song is called "Institutionalized". Very profound and descriptive in this reporter's eyes. Lets hear it for alternative record lables: Rough Trade, Alternative Tentacles, Stiff, and of course rantin' Ralph Record! MX-80, Chrome, Snakefinger, Tuxedomoon, presidents, Nash The Slash etc.... Notice how I will perposely avoid contributing to the popularization of the residents by almost completely ignoring them in favor of a glorifying remark about Nash's Lastest album: Million Year Picnic - pretty cool! Hey, Black Flag's recent album seems pretty feeble in comparison to their older stuff. Any comments or inside info? Anybody catch a Siouxsie & the Banshees Show ?????
