[comp.lang.c++] C++ ordering info

Do to the volume of mail I've received to mail this to people, and since I've
gotten just about all the info I need to order it, I will post the info I have
at this point.

there is an 800 # to order the translator:

1-800-828-UNIX -- at the moment, you should be told that 1.2 will be shipping
in a few weeks.   if you already have 1.0, then 1.2 should simply be the cost
of an upgrade.  as to prices, the voice at the other end of the number can best
let you know.
