I would be grateful if someone could tell me if C++ is available on IBM PCs and compatibles. If so, how much does it cost, who sells it [AT&T, for example??], how much memory does it require, what C compiler do you need to process the output, etc etc. Please reply by e-mail to me.. If I get many replies, I'll summarize.
