[comp.lang.c++] C++ for VAX/VMS and Tandem Guardian

We are interested in using C++ on two non-unix hosts out here.

The first is a VAX running VMS (infamous DEC C compiler).The second is a
Tandem NonStop running Guardian (the C compiler is derived from the
Lattice C compiler). 

Has any kind soul ported C++ to either? Does anyone sell binaries for either?
