I am trying to convince my department that we should be using C++ instead of C for some of our projects. What I need is a list of advantages and disadvantages to using C++ over C. I already know many of them but I want to make my case for using C++ as strong as possible. If you know of any advantages or disadvantages, no matter how trivial or complex that they may seem (including stuff like the length of time it takes to fluently program in C++, how much easier it is to maintain C++ code, etc.), please email me a message. Around the end of April, I will post a summary of the responses that I receive. Thanks very much, -- _ __ NEVIN J.
