Moorcock has also worked with Hawkwind on Warrior at the End of Time, an abysmal album, and Blue Oyster Cult on Cultosaurus Erectus, song Black Blade, not bad at all. I don't know of any other rock artist/sf writer collaborations, but many authors have albums of the reading their own stories; Harlan Ellison's album Harlan! is very good. About Star Wars, Luke's father, etc.: WHO GIVES A SHIT??? Is that really the greatest depth any of you can achieve? Is Lucas's rather idiotic adventure series all that anyone cares about, and if so, why don't you all move to net.startrek? How about some discussion of real f&sf, not this mass-market schlock?
