[comp.lang.c++] G++ ported to AT&T 3B2/500 ???

wgh@ubbpc.UUCP (William G. Hutchison) (12/17/88)

 At work, I have "inherited" an AT&T 3B2/500 with no C compiler (please don't
ask -- it's a looooong story!).

 Rather than buy a C compiler, it occurred to me that several people must have
already ported GNU C and probably C++ to this box.

 Would one of those kind souls mail me a SCSI tape cartridge containing same?

 I will be happy to reimburse that person for time and postage.

 Please e-mail me a snail-mail address or phone number so I can contact you:
we don't want more than one person doing this, do we?
