Is there any standard for C++, besides Bjarne Stroustrup's book?

Nobody has done any formal standardization work on it, yet, and it is
probably premature to get ANSI or whoever going on C++. Bjarne and others
*are* at work on a language definition that will be more precise and more
current than the one in the back of the book; I believe they expected to
have this done in the next few months.

According to one vendor's literature:

Similarly, the C++ compiler language specifications will track
the evolution of the "defacto" C++ standard as set by the AT&T
	_cfront_ preprocessor.
