[comp.lang.c++] Does anyone have ET++ from ETH, Zurich?

About ET++, the C++ based user-interface generator package from ETH, Zurich, 
does anybody in the US have a copy already? Is it possible to
make it available from some ftp of uucp site? Or does someone in the
San Francisco Bay area have it that I might be able to get a copy from ??
