[comp.lang.c++] C++ 2.0 will still be available June 30

ark@alice.UUCP (Andrew Koenig) (06/14/89)

The availability of C++ 2.0 will be announced at USENIX today.
June 30 is still the date, and it's still real -- all that's
left to do is make copies of tapes and documentation.

I understand that several hardware vendors intend to relicense
C++ 2.0 for their systems. This means you'll be able to get
C++ compilers, and support for them, through the same channels
you use to get C compilers. That should make a significant step
toward improving debugging facilities, too.
