[comp.lang.c++] Query: Locations of class libraries, esp. networking

Is there a source for class libraries available via FTP?  I'd like
to see how others have defined classes and what interfaces
people seem to like.  Also does anyone have a collection of
network classes (say, OSI or TCP/IP)?  That seems like a real good
thing to do, but if someone's already done it...
