[comp.lang.c++] Exception Handling for C++ - Literature Search

I am looking for references to articles on how to implement exception
handling in C++ (either under a current realease, or with changes to
the compiler).  Please send me any information you have on this.

I will be keeping my responses, and will gladly summarize for individuals
or for the net, if there are enough requests.
