I am involved in a substantial project which has decided to use C++. In another life I am involved in using NeXT computers. One of the biggest differences I have found between the NeXT Objective C environment and the Sun C++ environment is the presence of substantial, high-quality code samples. In particular, NeXT provides a MacDraw like application called Draw, which does all the things a good NeXT app should do, in about 8700 lines. In other lives, I have benefitted substantially from the online source code in Lisp and Smalltalk environments. Which brings me to the question: do any of you know where I could get my hands on some good, substantial samples of "how to do C++ right"? I would appreciate any pointers, and it isn't even necessary that the samples be free (notice the .com at the end of my address). Thanks for thinking about this! Denis
