[comp.lang.c++] Availability of AT & T C++

sabbagh@acf5.NYU.EDU (sabbagh) (10/16/89)

I am looking into the possiblity of using C++ as part of my Ph.D.
thesis in numerical analysis. I understand that AT&T distributes
cfront (the C++ preprocessor) in source code. I would appreciate
any information regarding pricing, user experiences, portability
considerations and alternatives. For the last, the system would
have to be available in source code as I will have to port it
to a Cray.

Please e-mail your replies; I will summarize on the net.
Thank you
