[comp.lang.c++] C++ At Work '89

Great work folks!  I learned a lot in the two full-day sessions on C++
given by Bob Murray, and Andrew Koenig respectively.  I feel that I know
how to program in C++ now.  (Now, if I could just get a compiler :-)
