[comp.lang.c++] Compiler

	I am interested in learning C++, but I have now idea which
compiler is the best.  I am familiar with Quick c and really like
MicroSofts environment, so I guess I would like a similar thing for C++.
Any suggestions?  Please send by e-mail.
