[comp.lang.c++] SunView header-files for C++ and SunOs 4.0.3

We are using AT&T C++ 1.2 in combination with SunView, the window-system
of SUN. Under SunOs 3.5 we adapted the include-files needed for SunView,
because these were not suitable for C++ (although the contents of these
files indicated that they should...). Now we are using SunOs 4.0.3,
which has new versions of the include files that also are not suitable
for use with C++. Does anyone has a usable set of these include-files?
