Has anyone seen The Complete C++ Primer, by Keith Weiskamp and Brian Flamig? Any comments + or -? Is it worth $45? It's available from Academic Press, and advertised in the Jan 1990 issue of The C++ Report. -ric steinberger ric@ace.sri.com
