[comp.lang.c++] Object Store x

I am looking for any information that is available for storing Objects
to Disk. Specifically in the DOS environment. Documentation, and even
better: Public Domain CODE would be appreciated :^).
Basically we are looking for ideas for writing StoreOn, ReadFrom 
methods.
