Another thing I forgot to mention.... When speaking about the dark side of the Force, Yoda says something to the effect that once the dark side takes over, you are forever in its sway. The other day, I saw TESB for the second time. The scene in which Darth Vader wards off Han's blaster fire using the force answered one of those questions which had been bothering me since I saw Star Wars for the first time, to wit, how can our heros stroll through barrages of enemy fire without getting even singed while the Imperial Troopers fall right and left. Obviously the force (as well as the necessity for character continuity) protects them and redirects enemy fire. And I thought that the guys in white armor were just incredibly bad shots... DanN

I think the force is with Han Solo, too - although he's not the other. I should point out however that Han did NOT hit Darth Vader in the death star battle. He hit Vader's wingman, and that ship went out of control and crashed into Vader's ship.
