[comp.lang.c++] more c++ books

I found a couple more new books at my local progressive book store.

First, Addison-Wesley & Benjamin/Cummings have a pamphlet out called some-
thing like:

Title:		"C++"
subtitle:	"C a Language We Speak Fluently"

or at least that is a close as I can convey the cover graphics. In any
case the pamplet covers a half dozen C++ and about a dozen C books of
recent release.

The pamphlet mentions one book I've never seen nor heard of before:

"Hands-On C++ Programming"
Joseph McIsaac and William M. Miller
Addison-Wesley
0-201-51816-3
352 pages 1989

Anyone actually seen/read this?

Also, this book store had:

"Reusability & Software Construction: C & C++"
Jerry D. Smith
John Wiley & Sons
0-471-52411-5
542 pages 1990

A quick scan of the text shows it might be a reasonable book. The book
is based on writing a character based GUI editor, first under C, then
using C++. Target audience would be people working on GUIs, and/or
people transitioning from C to C++. I will report further to the extent
I read though it.
