[comp.lang.c++] Port OOPS library to VMS

Hi,
	Has anyone ported OOPS (Object Orented Programming Support)/ NIHCL (National Institutes of Health Class Library) to VMS environment? Is that possible to contact with me if you have this kind  experience? We need help to do this porting.
