  Does anyone know where I can get my hands on a Yacc Grammar for C++.
I understand that there is a public domain grammar available somewhere.

Closer than you might think.  I just ftp'd Roskind's C++ grammar file
from your machine.

ftp ics.uci.edu
in /pub
c++grammar.tar.Z (or something like that)
