[comp.lang.c++] Turbo C++ License Agreement

There is a mistake in the license agreement.  Please disregard the wording
above.  The wording above was part of a contract we had for a technology
that was supposed to ship with TC++ but was dropped.  I will post new
wording (if someone from Borland hasn't already done so - I am so behind on
comp.lang.c++ reading) when it becomes available.  Sorry for any worries or
confusion this wording caused.

We at Borland are committed our orginal no-nonsense licence agreement and
the use of our compilers to build whatever program you want.
