[comp.lang.c++] C++ compiler test suites

garyh@sequent.uucp (Gary Hade) (09/05/90)

I am trying to generate a current list of C++ compiler/translator test suites.
I already know about Perennial's validation suite but suspect that others may
have entered this market since I last checked. If you know of other suites
please send me mail. I'll post the resulting list to this news group for
others that might be interested. Any opinions about what you liked and
disliked about the suites would also be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
-Gary

Dan Saks and Bruce Eckel have developed a suite. Details will appear in the
October COMPUTER LANGUAGE, which also has a comparative review of all the DOS
C++s (and a comparative review of 4 UNIX C++s).
