[comp.lang.c++] Reading the ARM -- accompanying runtime library reference?

Speaking of the ARM, what standard runtime library reference would
best accompany it?

The Unix System V AT&T C++ Language Systems Release 2.0 Library Manual
perhaps?  Even if there isn't a standard for the runtime library, this
might be the closest thing to it.
