(Sorry if a similar posting shows up also!) Hi! I have just finished building AT&T C++ Release 2.0 on a 3B2/500 running Sys. V Rel. 3.2. Everything went fine until I tried the tests on the task library. All the tests passed except for sigtest.E which produced the following results: ----- Sig_sender sigusr1 sender: about to send signal 16. Sig_handler::interrupt() got signal 16 ***** task_error(18) task::~task(): not terminated thistask: task task main (is thistask, RUNNING) this = 80882e28: mode=DEDICATED t_alert=808846b8 t_next=808810e8 s_time=0 stack: sizes: max=750, current=70 addresses: t_basep=c0020290, t_framep=c0020348 max=c0020e44, current=c00203a4 sched: this=80882e28 object: this=80882e28 No tasks remembered runchain: task task sigusr1 task (RUNNING) this = 80883a6c: Chain of all tasks: Next task on chain of all tasks is: task task sigusr1 sender (IDLE) this = 808846b8: Next task on chain of all tasks is: task task sigusr1 task (RUNNING) this = 80883a6c: Next task on chain of all tasks is: task task main (is thistask, RUNNING) this = 80882e28: Next task on chain of all tasks is: task task Interrupt_alerter (IDLE) this = 808810e8: ----- Can anyone tell me what the problem is? Is it something that will be fixed in Rel. 2.1? Is it something that I have done wrong? Please send mail to: rgn@ms.appstate.edu or norrisrg@conrad.appstate.BITNET Thanks in advance for any responses! -- Rob Norris rgn@ms.appstate.edu rgn@ecsvax.uncecs.edu norrisrg@stat.appstate.bitnet
