Could someone post the first three lines of "Give my Regards to Broadway" so that I don't spend too much of my life trying to remember what the second and third lines are? That was an outrageous pun, but I'm afraid it loses some of its effect if you don't know the song.

The first three lines to "Broadway" are: Give my regards to Broadway, Remember me to Harold's Square, Tell all the boys at Forty-second street that I will soon be there. Happy computing Paul Hoefling (...!teklabs!tektronix!paulh)

Give my regards to Broadway, Remember me to Herald Square. Tell all the guys at 42nd street That I will soon be there! ---------- That third line should be Tell all the GANG at 42nd street Both boys and guys are wrong.

Notice the reference to "Forty-second street" in the lyrics of "Give my Regards to Broadway"? Obviously the Megratheans have had a hand in designing NYC (to say nothing of their writing cute little ditties for popular musicals). Douglas Adams Strikes Again! --- Stephen Perelgut ---

By the way, I believe it's Tee-Cee Crane (i.e., T.C. Crane), not Tee-Fee Crane. Eric Feigenson ...ima!inmet!ericf
