[comp.lang.c++] Looking for a C++ compiler and tools for RS6000 or DECstation

Hi,
    I am new to C++. Is there a C++ compiler and tool kits for IBM /RS6000
or for DECstation in public domain. Product list is also fine. I would
appreciate any indications.
