[comp.lang.c++] Specs for C++

I'm not a regular reader of this newsgroup (no time), so I apologize if
this is a question that comes up all the time.  Could someone tell me if
there is an FTP site with a complete specification for C++, including syntax
and maybe a grammar.  If there are none, how about a book reference?
