Do I remember correctly, that there was mention of the ET++ documentation
being made available in text or postscript form at an ftp site? If so what
was the address?

   you can get the postscript files from apple.com by anonymous
   ftp. check in ArchiveVol2 (130.42.2.2).

If that fails, you can find the et++ documentation in PostScript form
on apple.com (130.43.2.2) in ArchiveVol2/et++

you can get the postscript files from apple.com by anonymous
ftp. check in ArchiveVol2 (130.42.2.2). I think the whole source code
is there as well.
