I am looking for the following tools for developing a large application
package on MS-Windows 3.0:-

	1> PROTOTYPERS which would help in developing prototypes for an
	   MS-Windows 3.0 application.
	2> Good C++ compilers on DOS
	3> Case tools for MS-Windows
