I've got a C++ compiler. Now I need a good tutorial book. Any suggestions? Garrett A Blythe

Well, I used the book "TURBO C++: A Self-Teaching Guide" by Bryan Flamig. It is a John Wiley & Sons book. It is very very good and even though deals with Turbo C++ specifically, it is still general enough for other C++ compilers. It cost $27.95 (Canadian).
