[comp.lang.c++] Materials for teaching a C++ course.

Hello!

  I have been considering teaching a course in C++.  What I would
  like to do is gather information from people who have taught such
  courses before (beginner or more advanced).

  If anyone has course notes or other information they think would be
  useful, I would be grateful for a copy.
