[comp.lang.c++] Class libraries for Borland C++?

I have seen an ad recently for some class libraries for Borland C++. The
libraries were called WIN++ tm. Has anybody had any experience with this
product or indeed any other product offering class libraries for Borland C++.

Please EMAIL me and I will POST a summary.
