[comp.lang.c++] DJGPP

dridge@athena.mit.edu (Matthew W Eldridge) (05/08/91)

I picked up a copy of DJGPP, a public domain C++ compiler for
the 80386. Can anyone send me some information on this package?
The documentation, aside from notes on differences from the GNU Unix
version of this software, is nil. I wasn't even able to find a make
utility for it...

Any help, or ftpsites, etc. where I could get the docs would be
greatly appreaciated.

Sigh. I'm sure you mean well, but DJGPP is not public domain. It *is*
freely copyable, a term that applies to both public domain software,
and copyrighted software that may be freely copied.

The canonical place to get djgpp is from
grape.ecs.clarkson.edu:pub/msdos/djgpp.
