Hello, Would anyone be so kind as to inform me (at the address below) of class libraries, especially shareware or freeware, which are available? I would be particularly interested in a class library which is portable between the GNU C++ and the Turbo C++ environments. Thanks for all help in advance. I will post a follow-up message which lists the results... George Thiruvathukal Illinois Institute of Technology Chicago gkt@iitmax.iit.edu

For our C++ programs on UNIX systems, we have looked at two general
purpose class libraries: (1) NIH classes, and (2) Classix, from
Empathy. Does anyone know about other similar class libraries,
public domain or commercial? I will appreciate hearing from you
about it. I will summarize the responses and post a comprehensive
list of sources for others' benefit.
You can email me your responses, if you like.
Thanks.
