I was also wondering what happened to Mack Reynolds. The latest book I have is Lagrange 5, published in 1979. It is similar to an earlier book of his called Satellite City. Dave Newkirk ihnp4!ixn5h!dcn ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Mack Reynolds 1917-1983 Mack Reynolds, a prolific contributor well known to Analog readers since the late 1950's, died of cancer in a Texas hospital on January 30, 1983. According to Mike Ashley's Complete Index to Astounding/Analog, he was Analog's third most prolific contributor and also one of the most popular; he was the only author ever to have as many as ten novels serialized here. Mack Reynolds's stories are perhaps best known for their persistent and thought-provoking exploration of alternative socioeconomic systems.* * from Analog, July 1983, page 65. -----------------------------------------------------------------------
