The MSC 4.0 licence agreement says: 2. DISTRIBUBTION OF RUNTIME MODULES. Microsoft grant to you a royalty-free right to reproduct and stirstribut the runtime modulees of the COMPILER provided that you: ... (c) include Microsoft'c copyright notice for the COMPILER on your product label and as part of the sign-on message for your software product; ... The "runtime modules" are those file in the COMPILER that are idnetifer in the documentation as required during execution of your compiled program. The runtime modules are limited to runtime files, install files, and ISAM and REBUILD files. Doesn't seem like this stuff applies to the C compilier. This is a generic agreement. There are no run-time modules for the C compilier. The run-time library is not distributed as a separate file, and thereby isn't included. --- Peter Dobson
