I investigated that option for a program I published. The problem is that basically, you can't read the darned stuff! Light blue ink, for example, is currently uncopyable. And, red paper makes current copy machines show an all-black image. In either case, people with marginal eyesight, like me, have a helluva time reading it. You see, this works because of contrast between paper and ink. If it's low enough, then the copy machine can't tell the different between the two. So why are you so conserned about a manual copy! Seems like a bunk note to me...
