[comp.lang.c] CCITT X409 ---> C compiler needed

I'm looking for compilers which should be able :
a) to read CCITT X409 definition and generate correspondent portable C code
   structures and source code;

b) the generated source code should be able:
   - to code C structures into CCITT X409 codification;
   - decode CCITT X409 codification into C structures;

The environment preferred is VAX VMS, but also UNIX, MS/DOS, IBM/VM
are welcome.

Free software are welcome but we have no problem to pay.

Please send me direct reply and I'll summarize the reply to the list
if it is considered interesting.
