Forgive me, but I seemed to have {joined the newsgroup too late | killed
relevant articles | just plain uninformed} about the proposed "noalias"
keyword. Could somebody please "refresh" my memory as to what noalias is

You really don't want to know -- take my word for it. If "noalias" survives the X3J11 meeting this week, then it will be appropriate for someone to explain what it turned out to mean. Otherwise it will be moot.
