[comp.lang.c] Some trigraph statistics

I checked out our source code to find if there were all that many
changes needed because of trigraphs.  I found only 46 occurrences
of affected code, in 2*10^6 lines of code.  Big deal.  Trigraphs
are the least of my porting problems with ANSI C.
