I want to thank all of those who took the time to help me through what
was for me a most frustrating problem. My apparent ignorance as to
what a "significant digit" is was made even more obvious, but due to
the help from the many who answered my plea for help, I learned
something.
It is nice to know that there is a forum where someone can go to get
information on something which should seem so elementary and not be
flamed or ridiculed for ones ignorance.
