This sort of question seems to come up a lot, so I thought the answer
would be of general enough interest to warrant posting instead of mailing.

All the standards and draft standards you've ever wanted to know about can
be ordered from a company called Omnicom, in Vienna, Virginia. I believe
they accept credit cards and have an 800 number, but I'm at home so I don't
have that info handy.

They really do stock everything, their prices are reasonable, and they ship
promptly. If you are serious about ISO/CCITT standards, you should
subscribe to their newsletter service. For something under $500/year you
get a wealth of informative stuff each month, some well-written tutorial
material, and an annual standards index (a very thick book indeed). They
are the best source of standards information I've found, and the only
practical way to keep abreast of what's happening in this area.

They also offer video and in-person seminars, which I have not yet sampled
and so cannot comment on.

Speaking only as a satisfied customer...
