[comp.lang.c] Coding and QA Standards

The recent discussion of standards has been especially timely, as
I have been assigned the task of drafting the Coding and Quality 
Assurance Standards at work.

Naturally, I would like to do as little work as possible -- writing
is not my forte.

I would appreciate any samples, outlines, pointers, ideas, etc. that
any of you could mail me.
