[comp.lang.c] Portable vsprintf

I've just submitted my portable vsprintf package to comp.sources.misc.
It should work on almost any system with a working sprintf and varargs
package.

Os9/68k users will need version 3.0 of the C compiler due to bugs in
2.2.  (Earlier versions are suspect, but have not been tested.)  My
varargs.h package will also be needed.
