Since I'm told C is the next step up from Pascal can any of you that work/ have worked with Turbo Pascal ( Version 3 ) help me with this question that I have just posted on comp.lang.pascal: "Does any one out there have a Turbo Pascal ( Version 3 ) Procedure that can allow you to edit ASCII characters or ASCII Extended characters and use them in Text mode? Say for example you wanted to change a "corner piece" into a rounded corner piece or a cent sign, or a what ever. I would very much appreciate it if you would please mail me it."
