    Can somebody list the major differences between the draft ANSI standard  
    for C and the current release of VAX C ? Or give me a pointer to         
    where I might ascertain this information ?

There's a section for just that in the front of the manual for VAX C
provided to your installation.  If it is not available, tar and feather
your sysadmin.
